We're friends, brothers, & developers. Two Vermont natives, we founded BTV.DEV as a digital design agency to work with artisans, businesses, and organizations who see their work as part of a bigger picture. We believe that good work deserves to be uplifted by good design. That's where we come in.

James Mitofsky

Diplomaed in Computer Science from CESI, a French engineering school, James is a design enthusiast with a passion for understanding user behavior. Fluent in French and working on his German, he appreciates the creative exercise of discovering new perspectives. Apart from work, he is an avid runner, outdoorist, and advocate for social issues.

Kyle Mitofsky

Possessing a master's in Managing Information Science from Champlain College, Kyle is a knowledge sharer who thrives on educating and empowering. He has delivered numerous talks with and been a contributing member to VT Code Camp. Proud owner of three black cats, a dog, and multiple laptops, Kyle brings a unique blend of expertise and personality.
